It's hard to tell which supplement is working when you take multivitamins and minerals and several supplements besides. But I gave this a 5 rating because it comes with Astaxanthin, which helps the body absorb the krill oil. I'm a retired RN, BSN, and some of the nursing and medical news I subscribe to says that Fish Oil has NOT proven to be effective for all the purposes it was first believed to help. I've been taking krill oil instead of fish oil for years, and I believe this is a good product.

It's hard to tell if it's 'working'. I can say that my doctor recommended I take this and I trust him implicitly. I really like that I can take this oil and not burp fish all day. I really like that the soft tabs are smaller than when I used the non-Krill oil. I feel much better but again I think it's the combination of supplements the doctor has me taking. I hope this disjointed review can help someone. I do have a loyalty to this brand and have taken it about 6 weeks now.
