This is an excellent Krill Oil that has really helped me to manage my colesterol. For the first time in many years I had a reading of under 200 while still maintaining a healthy hdl/ldl ratio. When she came in the room she said everything looks good the statin is working for you. Then I told her I wasn't on it, then explained what I'm taking and she said keep doing what I'm doing. They always push drugs first, pills have to many side effects for me to want them.

Check with your doctor if this is an issue for you as well. If you are already on blood pressure medication, items like this can make blood pressure fall to unsafe levels. As for other benefits, this is hard to measure. I do seem to be experiencing less joint inflammation, though.
