Shipping was Fast! The pills are tablets and they seem to be pretty easy to swallow, no problem. There is no taste or aftertaste that I could detect. There are good directions on the side of the bottle and the text is large enough to see. (older folks may appreciate what Im saying here) I like that it contain a combination of Green Tea, Vitamin C & Antioxidants so the body will readily absorb this, I also like that it lowers cholesterol, boosts health & strengthens Immune system.

I've been hearing about all the benefits of Green Tea for years but I don't like the flavor of any sort of tea. This product coming in a pill version is perfect for me, all the upside of Green Tea with none of the flavor. I received this product a few days ago with the hope that it with help with my quest to lose 20 pounds. I've gotten up there in age so every little bit helps. I'm excited about this product because of all the benefits it offers. Since I've started, I've lost 3 pounds and now my wife wants to join in as well.

It just makes you feel like you are naturally always alert and energized.
