This came quickly and well packaged. The supplement is easy to take and didn't really give me any negative side effects. It didn't cause drastic appetite suppression or extravagant weight loss, but I did notice a reduction in how much I ate *when* I ate, and a reduction in bloating

I have to say that on the first couple of days of taking the tablets, once during lunch and another during dinner, I had a hard time sleeping at night. Don't get me wrong. The effect was instantaneous for me. I certainly felt more alert and was full of energy all day, but I was tossing & turning in bed until way after midnight. On the third day I decided to take it for breakfast and lunch and that made a big difference. I was able to sleep at my usual time (10pm) without problems.

I really liked this product and have just purchased my second round. My husband and I split the pair so after completing half of it I have lost 10 pounds (eating well but not working out). I have more energy and I find my appetite is much smaller
