    I have been using apple cider vinegar in the liquid form for a while now to help with weight loss and other health benefits. I was excited to see they had it in a pill form. This has been working great for me. I love having all the extra nutrients they have added to it as well. I can feel a boost in my energy when I take it and I do feel less hungry.
