I take the product twice a day. The taste is a little over powering, but the product seems to work great. I had a problem with nail fungus, which can be very resistant to treatment. I used a vinegar solution to get rid of the problem. I then started taking the pills to prevent it from coming back. The fungus has not returned, so it seems to be working.

A girlfriend of mine recommended adding apple cider vinegar to my water to help with circulation and skin. I was skeptical but since I’ve been taking these my skin is much better. I only had occasional breakouts but they seem to have gone away. I took them a gagged a little (again the smell) but after a few weeks I’ve adjusted and it doesn’t bother me anymore.
