A good way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar, which are many, without having to remember to mix the cider up with water and I usually added some honey to improve the taste. With this product I don’t have to bother with the routine and don’t have the added sugar.

The best part of this (aside from the price) is that when you use the tablets you get the same benefit, but you don’t have to deal with the taste or smell that you get when adding acv to other methods of consumption. I heard of the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and wanted to try it out for myself. I’ve been told drinking it burns the mouth and throat and hurts the stomach at first. This to me is a great way to get the benefits of ACV without a painful ingestion. Also I don’t get gross burps so that’s a plus haha.

Apple cider vinegar is good for you in so many different ways. I don’t care much for the taste of natural liquid apple cider vinegar, so this helps me get it each day. So far, so good. No unpleasant taste because these are tablets. Naturalists and others recommend apple cider vinegar daily so this is my choice of getting it.

I have been taking these tablets for about a month now, to see if they provide the same digestion health benefits as taking apple cider vinegar itself, and I am pleased to discover that they do. A chief benefit to the extra-strength caps over downing shots of vinegar, of course, is that there is no bitter flavor to have to acquire” as a taste. I’m expecting to continue with these and happily discontinue the bottles of vinegar.

Now Apple Cider tablets are easy to take and barely have that vinegar smell to them. I take them because they say that apple cider vinegar is good for you but I really don’t feel a difference when I take them. Hopefully they are doing good things for me! The price of Now is very good compared to many other brands and I trust this brand.
