I have recently got tested for vitamins and minerals in the body. Few of them are lower than normal range. I have ordered this zinc supplement from Nutrition Forest and I like the small sized tablets which are surprisingly not smelling like typical supplements that produce pungent smell. But every one must not take the same dosage consult professional or nutritionist for dosage recommendation. Every individual needs are different.
