Well Its been about a month of continued use. Just found out that I been training with a tear in my meniscus for about 8 months. But since I’ve been taking it I noticed that the pain hasn’t been as much. And plus I’m allergic to all anti inflammatory and ibuprofen and asprin. So this has been better than nothing. I’ll continue for another month to see if it continues.
