I’ve has asthma since I was a child (now 68), using inhalers my whole life. The last 15 years I’ve been using Ventalin and Symbicort. The last several weeks my breathing has been especially difficult even using my inhalers several times a day, with little relief. I always wake up several times a night because I can’t breath. I was moved to buying this product after hearing Mercola talk about in a video. I initially ordered it from his site which is quite pricey. I’ve been taking this consistently for about a 2-3 weeks. So far, it’s helped my sinus tremendously and cleared up the dry mucos build up in my nose. I can breath better, my stools are softer, nails and cuticles are smoother. I’m sure the biotin, B Complex, and MSM also helps with this but noticed more difference in my cuticles particularly when getting back on Tumeric. It seems to be some of the same results seen in taking Kelp tablets which is also good. As I researched also understand that Tumeric helps skin problems. I may do an update on that later when seeing more evident results. It seems to be helping so far but I’m also taking biotin and B complex that could also be aiding in that. I know that I definitely feel/see a difference since taking Tumeric Formula. That I can attest to for sure!
