30 Days Return and Refund Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

We sell all natural products with one goal to provide satisfaction to all our customers therefore we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not contended by any product due to any reason, you can return it for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of any product will be accepted only if the product is returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. If returned product meets all these conditions only then you will be eligible for 100% refund (excluding delivery charges and gift-wrapping where appropriate).

Returns and Exchanges

There are certain conditions and ways to return or replace any product and every customer is bound to follow these conditions and ways. At the time of returning or replacing any product you must have either store receipt or order ID or shipping invoice for all returns and exchanges.

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend you to ship your package with a traceable shipping carrier which includes insurance as Nutrition Forest is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time by providing you the best natural products but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just drop an email at support@nutritionforest.com or Call at 718-618-9649 within a period of 30 days, from the date of order you placed. Please note that refund policy is only applicable on purchase of 2 or more bottles of the same product.

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by compliance team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application or handling will not be covered under our Return Policy.
  • If you have purchased any product during promotional offers or special offers and not satisfied by that product then you are not eligible for 30 Days Return Policy. 
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges by shipping carrier companies.

Note you must need to send email at support@nutritionforest.com or Call at 718-618-9649 with the reason of return, all returns for reason other than damaged product will not be accepted. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any damage that is caused by you. We cannot honor return or exchange for any product that has been used, or is not in its original condition.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. If the ordered product has been shipped then order can’t be cancelled.
